“Lisa [Mayock, co-founder and co-designer at Vena Cava] and I are honored to be participating in this collection. We truly believe in doing all we can to preserve our ocean planet. Since working with Too Precious to Wear, we have learned so much about the importance of corals, including the overharvesting of red and pink corals in jewelry. We designed a piece for the collection, inspired by a sea urchin, in order to raise awareness of the need for stronger protection of our precious coral resources.”
